Centre
Since
1998, ITC “D. Romanazzi” set up a
Multifunctional Multimedia
Service Centre
whose activities
are integrated with:
-
project areas inside school
curricula;
- training Projects connected
with Italian and European schools and institutions;
- vocational guidance and alternate training actions;
- vertical follow-up and training in situation linked with Middle
Schools.
In
1999, in the Centre, the Pilot Project of the European Community Programme
Leonardo da Vinci has been started. It
involves Italian, German and Dutch partners.
The Centre also supports other international partnership activities as the
collaboration with Swedish and Hungarian schools.
The Centre promotes many
stage activities of alternate training and
internal training for students and teachers.
Moreover,
new ways of training in situation have been tested on mixed groups of
students and teachers of Middle Schools.
The MMSC is oriented to training activities and pre-professional advises
on trans-national and inter-cultural basis. It is a physical and
functional structure made also for better contacts among school, companies,
trade unions and vocational training.
The Service Centre Project was presented and had the approval of the
European Union inside the Netdays Europe 2000.
