BERLUSCONI SAYS ITALY WON'T TAKE EUROPE'S ORDER

Italian Prime Ministre Silvio Berlusconi says in blunt speech to Parliament that country takes orders from no one, including its European partners; says is Europe policy will be tougher and more independent than Italy's has so far been; seem to undercut recent statement which reassured allies Italy remains as committed as ever to European integration.
